Refuting Pope Francis' statements last week that those who "do good" will go to heaven, regardless of faith or lack thereof, the Rev. Thomas Rosica, a Vatican spokesman, has corrected his boss, saying those who know about the Catholic Church "cannot be saved" if they "refuse to enter her or remain in her." (Taken from MSN News)
We would like to correct Rev. Thomas Rosica by saying:
You do not need to do good works to get to heaven. Neither do you have to enter or remain in the Catholic Church. You need to believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and receive the New Birth to be saved and enter the Kingdom of God. (Romans 10:9) (John 3:1-16)
Also Watch: Jesus Christ died for the atheists
Yahshua made it perfectly clear how to enter the kingdom of heaven. He did not speak of Amy one particular religion to accomplish this. Men created religions and divided themelves amongst each other. The day will come when we will truly be one nation under Yahweh. (Ref. - MATTHEW 5:17-20, 1 KINGS 16:7) Doing good of that which pleases our Father, is all one needs be. Those who are aware of sins and commits them must seek forgiveness and sin no more.
ReplyDeleteThomas rosia is telling truth. even pope not know. it is embarrasing.
ReplyDeleteThomas Rosica is wrong and is not following the word of our Savior who sacrificed His life for us to realize that the catholic church, Methodist, Baptist, Lutheran, Jehovah's, Mormon, Islam, Protestant, and all other religions need to simply be like the little children of innocence I'm order to be able to enter the kingdom of heaven. (Reference: MATT 19:13-15, MATT 18:1-5)
DeleteIt does not matter what label you give yourself in any particular religion. Our Father judges from what is within the heart, of your heart be good and do good to others then your goodness will shine like a lamp on the lampstand. But if you do good only to get attention from others then your light will be dimmed by the darkness that comes from within your hesrt and you will not get to see life everlasting. Live to be humble at heart not seeking glory from others, instead seek the love our Father has to offer by being grateful for just being able to breathe life and share the compassion He has shown us, on the cross.
